I'm Ben Lemke, an NSCA-certified personal trainer with 8 years of fitness experience and the founder of Ben’s Power and Fitness. I am currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Health and Fitness Education.
My passion for fitness began as a teenager when I decided to take control of my health after struggling with my mental health and being overweight. Inspired by a desire to change, I joined a gym and quickly learned how transformative fitness can be, and not just for your body, but for your entire outlook on life.
Fitness gave me the confidence, discipline, and drive to overcome challenges I faced. Through my own journey, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of the obstacles people face when trying to reach their fitness goals, and how to overcome them.
